These sessions will teach parents the cooperative approach to parenting, an approach that emphasizes modeling respect, encouragement, and consistency.
The cooperative approach will help to improve relationships at home, create a more peaceful environment, lessen power struggles and build respect.
During these sessions, you will not only learn from the instructor, but will also learn experientially and through other participants’ challenges and knowledge.

About Matt Welch
About Matt Welch: Matt has a Master’s Degree in counseling from the University of South Florida and is a member
of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists. He has worked as a Guidance Counselor for Pasco County
Schools for 10 years, achieving Counselor of the Year in Pasco County in 2004. Matt has worked with children in schools, churches, camps, sports, and day care centers for over twenty years. Most importantly, Matt is a father to two sons and practices what he preaches in his own home.
